try to figure out if there are any online referral platform then you don’t need to reach out to the people on linkedin one by one.
secondly, use proper prompt to cowork with chat gpt, then it will come up with useful resumes that can help you pass the ATS.

update your resume with your responsibilities!! you might have more trouble making it past the screening, but you can still try to sell your actual work
Ugh same here — it’s exhausting 
I used to just apply randomly until I realized I wasn’t keeping track of anything.
Now I use Huntr to track apps (super basic but it helps), and I set like a 1-hour block each day just for job stuff so I don’t spiral. Also started reusing a few resume versions instead of rewriting everything from scratch.
Still kinda figuring it out, but having even a tiny system makes it feel less chaotic.
Anyone else have a “not losing my mind” strategy?

The two job offers I have now are both from referrals, so I think network and connection are more important nowadays
