Dear community 
I have a question regarding the process time for the Form I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker, that is still pending, it’s been three months and I was thinking that before October I will have a response, is it normal that it takes su much time. also I am on CPT and I shall graduate in May 2026, so whenever I receive a feedback for my petition (an approval) it will start from that date or from October 1st when it activates the H1B?
