How long does changing status (I539 and I765) from F1 to H4 usually take? My application was received over 90 days.

Did you do premium processing? PP you should get a response within 30 days. If not it can range from 3-8 months.

can we do pp on f1 to h4? I have a coworker try to do it but eventually found out it is not applicable…

Changing to H4 status does not have Premium Processing (PP), but changing to F1 is possible.
