Are there any CPT universities that only require Master’s transcripts and diplomas during the application process, without needing undergraduate transcripts and diplomas?
My highest qualification is a Master’s degree. My undergraduate studies were completed in China, and it’s currently inconvenient for me to obtain those undergraduate documents. I’m looking for universities that only require submission of Master’s-level transcripts.
Hey @captain_CJ — great question, and I’ve actually come across this exact situation before.
Westcliff University, for example, often accepts just the Master’s transcripts and diploma — especially if your graduate degree is from a U.S. institution. I’ve seen students get admitted without submitting undergrad records when the Master’s clearly shows academic readiness.
That said:
- It’s still best to confirm directly with admissions or authorized partners, since policies can shift or vary by program.
- Be prepared to explain your undergrad situation — they may ask for a written explanation or reserve the right to request documents later.
Definitely not a dealbreaker in your case — worth reaching out and seeing what flexibility they offer.

Besides Westcliff, are there any other schools that only require the transcript of the highest degree earned?
I know most of the schools only require the highest degree transcript and diploma. I know Monroe University in New York would require all of the degrees.
