That’s crazy, but I hold a different opinion: a great amount of the universities’ income resource is tuition fee, so there might have a lot of schools disagree with it. However, to protect the US industry, I do believe the H-1B will be affected.
It’s crazy how they just put it out there on an official gov’t website… especially so aggressive towards one particular country..
Ugh I saw that too… honestly it’s getting really scary. Every year it feels harder just to study and live in peace here. Like we’ve already given up so much to be here, and now they’re talking about revoking visas?? I’m starting to feel like we’re not really welcome anymore 
It’s really annoying. It will not only affect Chinese students but will soon affect all international students.
