Has anyone successfully explained Day 1 CPT in a way that employers understand and are comfortable with?

You can just let them know it is F-1 CPT.

I don’t talk about it until last round

In the past, I still tried to hide the CPT, but nowadays I just clearly say I would need H-1B sponsorship and will work on CPT. Don’t waste anybody’s time.
