Hello guys, My intial OPT got denied and I started my second masters in a new york university where I can opt for part time or full time CPT. The thing now is do i have a chance to apply h1b now as i have an employer who can file h1b for me based on my first masters. If I can apply what measures and documentation should i take care of? Please give your suggestions. Thanks in advance!

Yes. Your employer can apply H1B for you even you are not in the states.
