Law Student Advice Needed

Hi all!!

Im a law graduate (LLB from university of london) having a Masters degree in International relations. Im currently in US on H-4 visa. What are my best options if i want to study here in the US and want to work as well to support my education?

there are few different ways:

  1. interview and get the offer and request your new company to enroll you in the upcoming H-1B lottery, once you win the lottery, you can start to work from October
  2. interview and get the offer and request your new company to sponsor your O1 visa
  3. Day 1 CPT school, you will be able to work from day1. but when it comes to the schools selection, you have to make sure what is your budget and location.
  4. wait for your spouse’s green card application result. if he/she is currently applying for a green card, once the i-140 is approved, you can get your ead card

hope it help!!!

you should apply for the school first, and once you get the I20. file change of status to F1
