Hey all, one of my friends is eyeing a Day 1 CPT master’s program and wants to wrap it up in just 12 months so she can jump onto OPT faster. Has anyone here managed to complete the program that quickly? Did you find the workload intense? Would love to hear your experience!
Technically is possible and I seen people done it, the one thing I would consider more carefully is the extra courses and assignments, because your visa status is tied to those grades
I heard from a friend that 1 year Day 1 CPT schools are super tough.. like Trine. She said she was struggling for every second of her life 
My friend looked into Trine too, and she’s worried the heavy workload could make it hard to graduate on time. She’s also heard that Trine’s policies are pretty strict.
If you want to graduate in one year, you’ll need to take more courses, which will also increase the on-site frequency.
it’s weird that their on-site time is so short but still can have students graduate in 1 year…
I am enrolled in Trine University and it dosn’t seems like it’s hard, I don’t know if it is just related to some professors that are tough when it comes to grading but in general the classes are not hard to pass
