Hi! I am curious if anyone is attending McDaniel and what their experience is in terms of requests for evidence. Also, do you like educational experience?
Hey! I’m not a student at McDaniel myself, but I’ve been in touch with a few folks who are currently enrolled or recently attended. From what I’ve heard, McDaniel seems to have a relatively smooth track record when it comes to immigration compliance, not many students have reported getting RFEs (Requests for Evidence), especially when they follow proper documentation and keep their CPT clearly tied to their field of study.
In terms of the educational experience, people seem to appreciate the small class sizes and the fact that the programs are manageable even if you’re working. It’s not necessarily a high-pressure academic environment, but it’s structured enough to stay in status while gaining real work experience.
That said, it’s always a good idea to double-check with the DSO and make sure you’re clear on CPT policies, attendance expectations, and how your job relates to your degree, that’s usually where issues can arise.
I think McDaniel doesn’t have many international students because they only offer 1 day 1 cpt program. In that case this school is probably low-key and safe?
there’s not a lot of people there bc they only have one major…maybe this helps it fly under the radar?
